✖ A replacement for factory mounting hardware

Your fans must already be properly mounted before installing the AirFrame™.

🔩 Precision Fit Mount Options

Not all 120mm fans use the same mounting hole diameter.
To ensure proper engagement, we offer two peg sizes:

• 4.0mm Peg – Common on many standard 120mm fans
• 4.9mm Peg – Used on select reinforced or premium frame models

If unsure, send your fan model and we’ll confirm compatibility before production.

Each unit is printed specifically to match your selected mount size for a snug, rattle-resistant fit.

🔌 Integrated Cable Routing (Engineered Feature)

The AirFrame™ includes dual precision-cut cable channels on one side of the frame.

This allows the fan’s power cable to:

• Slide cleanly through the frame
• Route seamlessly toward the rear of the case
• Maintain a clean, uninterrupted aesthetic

The dual-slot design supports different fan orientations depending on airflow direction (intake or exhaust).

No forced bending.
No visible pinching.
No awkward cable routing.

Just a clean, intentional finish.

📏 Case Clearance Requirements (Very Important)

Not all PC cases allow enough space for decorative overlays.

For proper installation, your case must have:

• At least 4mm of clearance on all sides of the fan
• 4mm clearance at the top and bottom of each fan
• No obstructions such as radiator brackets, tight shrouds, or recessed fan channels
